-Individual Components (In Stock): Generally processed and handed over to the courier within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.
-Custom Builds / Assembled PCs: Require time for assembly, configuration, and stability testing (minimum 24h stress test). Average shipping times are 5-10 business days. We will keep you updated at every stage of the process.
Q: How can I track my package?
A: As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number and a link to follow the shipment in real-time. You can also find this information in your personal area on the site, under Account”.
Q: The courier delivered a visibly damaged package. What should I do?
A: It is crucial that you accept the package “subject to inspection” (con riserva di controllo) specifying the damage (e.g., “crushed box,” “punctured packaging”) on the courier’s delivery note. Immediately take photos of the external packaging before opening it. If internal components appear damaged, contact us within 24 hours via ticket, attaching the photos.

Every PC assembled by BPKBuilds undergoes a rigorous battery of tests (including stress tests on CPU, GPU, and RAM for at least 24 hours) to guarantee thermal and operational stability. We also install the operating system (if purchased) and the latest drivers, so the PC is ready to use right out of the box (Plug & Play).
